Over one hundred Milton residents attended last night's Annual Parish Meeting to hear Simon McIntosh, a senior officer at SCDC, talk about the Park closure threat and to answer questions. Cambridge Evening News carried a full report today.

Cllr Vicky Ford, the portfolio folder responsible for the Park, had been invited but we'd been told she couldn't come for legal reasons connected with the election "purdah period". In fact she not only turned up but sat in the front row and leapt up to interject whenever she felt like it which was a little weird but at least she made the effort to come.
